The Maple Room - Auckland
The Maple Room is a previous winner of the Metro's 'Best Local Restaurant' award, known for its offering of creatively conceived dishes that bear influences from kitchens right across the globe.
While the bulk of the menu changes seasonally, there are a number of 'Maple Staples' that form the chef specialities here, and these include a classic New Zealand, chargrilled prime rib, along with slow-cooked lamb rigatoni.
There are limited vegetarian options however, but a number of the entrees and sharing platters do come entirely meat-free. Inside, the décor is simple, elegant and warming, with a local vibe and friendly atmosphere.
Mon and Tuesday: from 5pm / Wednesday : from 4pm
Thursday and Friday: 11am - Late / Saturday: 5pm - Late
