The Red Boats is Best For

Moderately Priced Groups

The Red Boats is a family-owned boat hire operation, giving guests the opportunity to charter a ship for cruises of Auckland Harbour, fishing trips or functions.

Departing from Z Pier at Westhaven Marina Red Boats cruises are the perfect way to celebrate birthdays, holidays, stag nights and hens parties, company dos or just as a way to hop to the islands. Boats can be chartered for private parties for lunch/brunch cruises, dinner cruises as well as all-day adventures in the Harbour. Catering menus include nibbles, mains, deserts as well as a full bar or BYO option.

In addition to the popular cruises, the Red Boats have two ships equipped to take chartered fishing trips into the Waitemata Harbour. Stocked with the latest in fish finding equipment, catch rates are high and trips are always filled with excitement. The 45-foot vessels are big enough for up to 20 people to fish from, making this an ideal activity for social clubs and large get-togethers.
