Vector Wero Whitewater Park features two white water rafting courses, over 9,000 sqm of beautifully clear water to explore, and the world's highest man-made waterfall.

Visitors can enjoy paddling and pizza by the lake, hire a kayak or SUP, raft down rapids or go on a Pump Waterfall drop.

For rafters, two expertly designed courses have been built to excite and delight.  Beginners will prefer a ride down the mild, but mighty Tamariki River.  For more advanced adventure seekers, race down the heart-pounding River Rush, and finish it by taking a spin down the world’s highest man-made waterfall.

Paddle at your own pace with a sit-on-top kayak, or join one of the white water kayaking lessons and start taking on the rapids.  Experienced kayakers can bring their own equipment to try on both courses, with advanced lessons and assessments available for those that already have a taste for white water.

Lake Activities:

With over 9,000 square metres of water to be explored in the clear, man-made lake, you can glide across the water on a stand up paddle board or, relax and float in the calm shallows on a sit-on-top kayak.  It’s a ideal activity for kids and perfect for birthday parties.

Cafe, Bar & Functions:

Stop off for a coffee, grab a pizza or, hold an evening function beside the water. The Rapids Cafe, Nick's Pizzeria and the Sunset Bar are onsite to meet your requirements while you sit back, relax and be with family or guests.

The Rapids Cafe & Sunset Bar is open 7 days (November to March).

Opening Hours:
  • Bookings are essential.
  • Summer (October–May) 7 days a week from 9.00am
