名前が示すように、Oyster & Chopは、オークランドで最高のオイスターやステーキに焦点を当てています。新鮮な地元産の食材と幅広いドリンクメニューを組み合わせ、見事な港の景色を眺めながら、数十種類の異なるオイスターや新鮮なシーフード、赤身肉、鶏肉をサンプリングする機会を提供しています。

メニューには、毎日10種類以上のオイスターがあり、それぞれ7つの異なる方法で調理され、クラシックなフィッシュアンドチップスやホワイトベイトのフリッターなどの美味しいシーフードもあり、カーニボアには、シカ肉のロインやスパイシーなチキンブレストなどもメニューに登場します。

料理は、ニュージーランドや世界中からの様々な種類のワイン、タップおよびボトルビール、カクテルとともに提供されています。

ファンクション:

大規模なイベントに対応できるほど広々としていますが、より親密な集まりに適したスペースが数多く用意されています。Viaduct Basinを一望できる素晴らしい海の眺めがあり、10人から200人までのグループ向けに様々な機会のためのセットメニューオプションが用意されています。
