「生ラーメン」のような料理は、私の子供時代の思い出に触発されています。生ラーメン麺を食べることが愛されるお菓子であった記憶から、サクサクしたしょっぱい麺と甘くて噛み応えのある乾燥野菜の食べ物の記憶を元にした、楽しい、現代風の子供時代のお気に入りのアレンジです」とHenryは述べています。
