Description
Depart Auckland on a 40-minute ferry ride to Waiheke Island, enjoying views of local scenery and neighboring islands. Upon arrival at Matiatia Ferry Terminal, board the Explorer hop-on/off bus to explore the island’s top spots at your own pace, up to Stop 12 at Batch Vineyard and Waiheke Aerodrome.
Experience a scenic flight in a Cessna 172 aircraft, flying from the southern to eastern side of Waiheke. Admire the varied coastlines below, including Ponui, Pakatoa, and Rotoroa Islands, part of the Hauraki Gulf maritime sanctuary.
After the flight, visit Batch Vineyard for a wine tasting session featuring red, white, and sparkling local wines.
