Begin your tour from Waiheke Island’s ferry terminal and explore the island’s forests and vineyards on a small-group nature walk. Enjoy views across the Hauraki Gulf Islands, Great Barrier Island, and Coromandel Peninsula. Observe sea birds, native plants, and occasionally orcas or dolphins in the surrounding waters.
Visit the Atawhai Whenua Forest and Bird Reserve while learning about local conservation projects.
