焦点は共同食事であり、トルコやギリシャ、帝国全土の料理を継承したメゼとシェアリング文化で知られています。サービスは速く、フレンドリーで楽しく、まるで家族と一緒に食事をしているようです。

メニューは、非常に伝統的なものから現代的なものまで、村の料理から過去のオスマン帝国の台所に影響を受けた料理までの多様性を反映しています。
