Bellini Cocktail Bar is on the ground floor of Auckland's Hilton Hotel with panoramic views of the city's harbour. The establishment offers a wide selection of mixed drinks, both traditional and experimental, along with dedicated cocktail makers behind the bar.
A variety of cuisines, from light meals such as Spanish tapas, to main courses of pizzas, burgers and mussels are also served throughout the day. Bellini regularly plays host to live music, which plays from 5 - 8 in the evenings when it's on.
Cocktail making classes can be organised at request, and are taken by the bar's own 'mixologists'.
