Italian Amano offers rustic Italian food with a regularly changing menu made from seasonal local ingredients. The restaurant mills its own flour for bread and pasta and works with NZ-based farmers, fishermen, and growers to supply its meat, seafood and produce.

The food is complemented by a wine list from New Zealand, Australia, and Europe, a selection of beers and cocktails

Alongside the restaurant, there is a bakery offering freshly baked loaves of bread, takeaway breakfast and lunch options and pastries.
