Operating for more than 20 years, Auckland Sea Kayaks offers guided tours daily, year-round, with departures from Westhaven Marina in Auckland's city centre and St Heliers Beach on the eastern waterfront. Our small-group adventures cater to both visitors and locals, with experiences suitable for first-time paddlers through to experienced kayakers.
From paddling beneath Auckland's iconic skyline to exploring volcanic islands such as Rangitoto Island and Motukorea (Browns Island), every tour combines expert local guides, quality equipment and fascinating stories about the region's natural, cultural and volcanic history. Rangitoto Day Sea Kayak Tour
Experience one of Auckland's most popular adventure tours by kayaking across the Waitematā Harbour to Rangitoto Island, New Zealand's youngest and largest volcanic island. After landing, enjoy a guided walk to the summit, including exploration of the lava tubes before taking in spectacular 360-degree views of Auckland.
