Lake Pupuke is freshwater lake and a popular spot for rowers and sailing enthusiasts in Takapuna.

The heart shaped lake is a result of two volcanic craters linking together. The circumference of the lake is 4.5 kilometres with a depth of 57 metrres.

With a location between the suburbs of Takapuna and Milford on Auckland's North Shore, the lake attracts the sailing community, fishermen and rowers.
