Explore our nation’s aviation history through the lens of New Zealand’s pioneering aviation photography studios with Scanning the Skies.
Scanning the Skies contains framed and digital images from the Whites Aviation and Mannering and Associates collections and the stories of these pioneering aviation photography studios. Jean Batten’s flying helmet and other evocative objects from her career are also displayed for the first time.
