Description

Experience a world where the lines between fantasy and reality are blurred. Step into a movie effects workshop at the Weta Workshop Unleashed site in Auckland with this guided tour. Explore the worlds of horror, sci-fi, and fantasy as you journey through the Wētā Workshop’s creative process. Hear about the many ways that scenes and props are created and made to seem real on screen. Enjoy a guided experience and view a specially made short horror film and explore a fantasy special effects world featuring a flowing river and tall castle. Finally, watch a multimedia show and see a giant robot come to life in front of you, in an atmospheric sci-fi world.
